摘要
考察了震动膜处理2种不同乳化液废水的效果和处理过程中膜通量变化。结果表明,2种乳化液废水经震动膜处理后COD和油去除率分别为95.4%、99.0%和93.5%、99.0%,震动膜出水回收率分别为82.0%和84.3%,出水可生化性较好,适合进一步生化处理;在处理过程中,震动膜装置的膜通量在一定时间内不降反升,说明震动膜可有效地防止膜污染。
The aim of this study is to investigate efficiency of treatment of two kinds of real waste emulsions by vibratory shear enhanced processing and evaluate the property of preventing membrane fouling.The biodegradability of filtrate has been also analyzed to provide theoretical basis for practical application.After treatment by ultrafiltration,removal of COD,oil and SS of two emulsion have achieved 95.4%,99%,100% and 93.5%,99.0%,100% respectively.The recovery of permeate of two emulsion was above 80%.The results show that membrane fouling could be prevented efficiently by high-sheared force induced by VSEP,membrane flux didn't decrease throughout filtration.Finally,biodegradability effluents of VSEP has also been analyzed by two indicators,BOD5/COD and batch aerobic bioassays,which demonstrate they are fit for biological treatment.
