摘要
2008年12月至2009年10月对陡河水库浮游植物进行了调查,在上游、中游和下游各设1个监测点。结果表明,该水库共有浮游植物6门、75属、118种,以绿藻门(Chlorophyta)种类最多,占总数的33.90%;其次为硅藻门(Bacillariophyta),占30.51%。浮游植物年均个体密度和生物量分别为5.71×105个/L和3.99mg/L,藻类个体密度春季最高。同时利用指示生物、细胞密度、Shannon-Weaver多样性指数、生物量指数及浮游植物多度和频度方法评价其水质。从Shannon-Weaver多样性指数来看,浮游植物多样性指数以上游最大、中游次之、下游最小;Shannon-Weaver多样性指数变化范围为2.01~3.01,水质为轻污染到中污染水平。综合结果显示,陡河水库为中-富营养型水体。
An investigation was carried out in Douhe Reservoir,a type of high frigid swamp,from December 2008 to October 2009.Douhe Reservoir contains 118 species,75 genera,and 6 divisions of phytoplankton,among which Chlorophyta is the most important component,accounting for 33.90% of the total;followed by Bacillariophyta with 30.51%.On the three monitoring points of the Douhe Reservoir,the individual phytoplankton density was 5.71×105 ind/L and the biomass was 3.99 mg/L.The maximum value of the cell densities was noted in spring.Meanwhile the water quality of the Douhe Reservoir was assessed by applying biological methods of assessment for value of indicator organisms,cell density,Shannon-Weaver index,biomass index and the analysis of Phytoplankton,abundance and frequency.Depend on Shannon-Wiener diversity index of phytoplankton,we found that the diversity index of up-reservoir was the highest,and followed by middle-reservoir and down-reservoir.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index of zooplankton indicated that the diversity index of down-reservoir was the highest,and followed by middle-reservoir and up-reservoir.The changing scope of Shannon-Weaverlindex was from 2.01 to 3.01,so the water quality was slight-polluted to medium-polluted.The result showed that water body of Douhe Reservoir belonged to middle nutrition.
