摘要
利用分期播种和混合分群法(BSA)对发现的生态核雄性不育材料春杂的生态学机制、遗传机理进行了初步分析.结果表明,该材料在2 a的分期播种试验中雄花均表现为完全不育,属于花粉败育型雄性不育类型.遗传分析结果表明,该材料的育性由1对隐性基因控制,利用SSR标记将该基因定位在玉米的第2染色体上,位于标记um c 2129和bn lg 1329之间.
An ecological-sensitive genetic male sterile line,Chunza,was found in maize breeding procedure,and its ecological as well as genetic mechanism was studied using different sowing stages and BSA method.The results showed that the inbred line exhibited complete sterility at all sowing stages in two years in Zhengzhou,which belonged to the type of pollen abortion male sterility.Genetic analysis results demonstrated that it was controlled by a recessive gene,and the male sterile gene was mapped on chromosome 2,linked with SSR markers umc 2129 and bnlg 1329.
