摘要
以9个不同基因型烤烟品种为材料,在豫中地区对烤后烟叶常规化学成分和中性致香物质含量进行了研究.结果表明,常规化学成分在不同基因型间存在着广泛的变异,钾的变异最大;不同基因型间烟叶中性致香物质的种类基本相同,但含量却有很大差异,中性致香物质总量由高到低为KRK 28,NC 72,NC 71,KRK 26,NC102,NC 297,CC 402,NC 89,中烟100;不同基因型之间中性致香物质类群也有很大的差异性,KRK 28的类胡萝卜素降解产物类,棕色化产物降解产物类,苯丙氨酸裂解产物类和新植二烯的含量明显高于其它品种,品种NC297的类西柏烷类物质最高,各类致香物质都以中烟100最低.
Nine genotypes of flue-cured tobacco producted in central area of Henan Province were used as meterials, comparing the contents of chemical components and neutral aroma constituents. The result shows that main chemical components have significant differences among different genotypes, the largest variation of potassium ; neutral aroma components in various tobacco leaves were basically the same, but the content was different. Total content of neutral aroma components of middle leaves ranging from high to low were KRK 28,NC 72,NC 71 ,KRK 26,NC 102,NC 297,CC 402,NC 89,zhongyan 100. The contents of products degraded by carotene, the products of browning reaction, the products of aromatic amino acid metabolism and the neophytadiene in KRK 28 were higher, and the products degraded by cembrane in NC 297 were higher,while zhongyan 100 was lower.
