CXCL13基因重组慢病毒载体的构建及表达

摘要 种子细胞捕获体系的核心环节为种子细胞归巢,趋化因子及其受体是调节种子细胞归巢的关键因子。骨组织表达的趋化因子CXCL13能与骨髓间充质十细胞(BMSCs)强表达的受体CXCR5特异性结合从而引起BMSCs的定向迁移。本研究旨在构建CXCL13基因重组慢病毒载体。
