脂肪干细胞的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 近年研究结果显示,在脂肪组织中含有大量的具有多向分化潜能及自我复制能力的间充质干细胞,称为脂肪干细胞(ADSCs),他们来源广泛、取材容易,有望成为组织工程新的种子细胞。现就ADSCs的提取培养、生物学特性、表面标记、多向分化潜能、应用前景及现存问题作一综述。
