New technology of quickly replacing wire-cored belts in main drifts

为安全快速完成主斜井带式输送机钢丝绳芯输送带整体更换工作,通过理论分析计算,提出了一种全新的主斜井钢丝绳芯输送带整体快速更换施工工艺,即依靠本身驱动装置,低速开动带式输送机,利用旧带导入新带,而后断开旧带,硫化胶接新带,借助新旧输送带之间的摩擦力,再用新带导出旧带。实践证明,此种新工艺安全快速,具有非常好的推广应用前景。

In order to safely and quickly replace all the wire-cored belts in main drifts,a whole new technology of safely and quickly replacing all the wire-cored belts in main drifts is proposed after theoretical analysis and calculation.Firstly,the drive is used to operate the conveyor with low speed and new belts are lead in by old belts,then old belts are cut off and the belt connection is vulcanized.After that,old belts are pulled out by the aid of the friction between new belts and old belts.The practices show that the new technology is safe and quick and has excellent prospect of application and spread.
