自润滑衬垫磨损表面润滑覆盖层的形成及其性质 被引量:4

Formation and properties of lubricating coatings on worn surface of self-lubricating liners

摘要 在基体树脂中添加有纳米颗粒,用浸渍的方法制备了Kevlar/PTFE织物型自润滑衬垫,并在MM-200磨损试验机上,对所制备的衬垫进行摩擦磨损试验,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对磨损表面进行观测,并应用EDS对润滑覆盖层进行了成分分析。研究结果表明,衬垫磨损表面润滑覆盖层的形成过程及其性质对衬垫的摩擦磨损性能有重要的影响,纳米添加颗粒参与到润滑覆盖层的形成过程,并对其形成过程和性质产生影响。 Hybrid Kevlar/PTFE fabric self-lubricating liners are prepared by impregnating nanometer-graded Kevlar/PTFE particles into resin base,and the friction and wear testing for the prepared liners is carried out on MM-200 friction and wear tester.The SEM(scanning electron microscopy) is utilized to observe the morphologies of the liner worn surfaces,and EDS is utilized to analyze the lubricating coatings on worn surfaces.The results show that the formation and the properties of the lubricating coatings have an important effect on the performances of the liner;the nanometer-graded additives participate in the formation of the lubricating coatings and affect the formation and the properties of the liner.
