摘要
目的:研究以硝酸咪康唑、地塞米松、丹皮酚为主药的咪松酚乳凝胶处方及其制备工艺。方法:通过油相(蓖麻油)量、水相(水∶甘油)量、乳化剂(聚山梨酯-80)量等为影响因素,以综合质量评定为评价指标,采用正交设计试验,优选咪松酚乳凝胶处方及其制备工艺。结果:优选工艺为油相(蓖麻油)为5mL,水相(水∶甘油)为32.5mL∶8mL,乳化剂(聚山梨酯-80)为1mL。结论:筛选的工艺制备出的凝胶质量稳定,操作简单。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the composition of recipe and to optimize the preparation technology of Mi-song-ten emusion gel (the of principal agents: miconazole nitrate, dexamethasone and paeonol) by orthogonal design. METHODS The comprehensive quality evaluation was chosen as the assessment index. On the basis of the effects of some factors such as the a- mount oi oil-phase(castor oil), water-phase(water: glycerol), emulsifier (Tween 80) etc, the optimum preparation technology of Mi-song-fen was selected with the orthogonal design. RESULTS The best preparation technology was the amount of oil- phase(castor oil)as 5 mL, water-phase(water:glycerol)as 32.5 mL: 8 mL,emulsifier (Tween 80)as 1 mL. CONCLUSION The quality of Mi-song-fen emusion gel that was preparated by this prescription is stable and it is easy to operate.
