白花丹参与紫花丹参不同部位水溶性成分含量比较

Determination of water-soluble active principles in different parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge var. alba and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge var.purpurascens

目的:分析比较白花丹参与紫花丹参不同部位的水溶性成分含量。方法:采用毛细管电泳-场强放大样品堆积法对2种丹参的5种水溶成分进行分析比较。结果:2种丹参不同部位的成分含量存在一定差异。结论:2种丹参都具有重要的药用价值。

OBJECTIVE To determine and compare the water-soluble active ingredients in different parts of the white flower Danshen and purple flower Danshen. METHODS Five water-soluble active ingredients in white flower Danshen and purple flower Danshen were analyzed and compared by capillary electrophoresis-field amplified sample stacking method. RESULTS The contents of water-soluble active ingredients in different parts of the two kinds of Danshen were different. CONCLUSION The two kinds of danshen both have important pharmaceutic value.
