通过对“三北”地区的调查,说明了履带拖拉机是农田粮食增产必不可少的机具,其综合效益显著,应更新换代、推广使用。
Investigations of north, northeast and northwest China showthat crawler tlactor is indispensable for increasing grain output and hasbought outstanding overall profits. It is consequently necessary to extend theapplication of crawler tractors in these areas and make them replacing andupdating. Some propesals and measures for that are also effered.
