摘要
应用reret’s直径测量方法,对栖息于果洛草原的鼠免骨髓各级红系细胞电镜照片进行测量研究。结果表明:世居高原的鼠兔骨髓各级幼红细胞的平均直径分别是,原红细胞为11.40μm;早幼红细胞为9.86μm,中幼红细胞为6.02μm;晚幼红细胞为446μm。结果提示:鼠免骨髓内愈幼稚的细胞直径愈大,在成熟过程中直径逐渐变小,特别是在早幼红细胞转变为中幼红细胞阶段幅度变化显著,在中幼红细胞转变为晚幼红细胞阶段变化趋于平缓。同时对各级幼红细胞的细胞器进行了电镜观察。
We have measured the diameters of marrow red cell lines of Ochotona Curzoniae lived in Guoluo grass-lands by electron microscope. The results showed that the average diameters of marro red Cells of Ochotona Curzo-nia were as followes: The proerythroblast was 11 .4 ±μ1 .20μm;The early erythroblast was 9. 86 ± 1 .25μm;The inter-mediate endimblast was 6.02 ±1. 14mp and the late ethebbo was 4.46 ±0.57m respectively.The results revealed that mw red cells of Ochotona Curzoniae were ympr and larger. During znaure peried,the mediates of erythablas converted into small one gradually. Especially, this was apparent the peried of earlyerythroblast to mwha erythroblast stape. The changs were slow down at the peried of eda to the late erythroblast
