摘要
本文对100例胃癌病人手术前后腹腔内游离癌细胞与胃癌大体标本、病理类型、浸润深度及预后之间的内在关系作了初步探讨和分析。提出通过腹内化疗等手段减少和杀灭腹内游离癌细胞是提高胃癌疗效的关键问题之一。
100 cases of patients with gastric carcinoma before and after operation were studied and analysed oninherent relationship between the cancer cells in peritoneal cavity and surgical specimen, pathological type, invadeddepth and prognosis. This paper advanced prophylatic measures and 0showetl that it was one of crihcal probems toraise effect of trethent by using intraperitoneal chemotherapy to decrease and kill free cancer cells.
