摘要
通过对10例部官产术后子宫疤痕妊娠的临床资料分析，对其病因、临床特点、误诊原因及鉴别诊断等进行了讨论。认为对有剖宫产史的经产妇早孕、早期流产，在作人流前应常规B超检查，作出早期诊断，采取适当治疗措施。
