摘要
为提高皇冠瓶盖切边的防锈性能,研制了以聚硅氧烷为缓蚀剂的防锈油,采用正交试验方法考察了缓蚀剂的剂量、辅助添加剂的剂量以及防锈油恒温加热固化成膜时的固化时间和固化温度对防锈效果的影响,优选出了最佳配方,并分析了防锈膜层的缓蚀性能。结果表明,主要因素对防锈效果的影响程度为:缓蚀剂剂量>辅助添加剂C(非离子型表面活性剂)的剂量>固化时间>固化温度;当缓蚀剂剂量为30.0%,辅助添加剂C剂量为2.0%,固化时间为30 min,固化温度为60℃,基础油剂量57.0%,辅助添加剂A(羧酸盐)的剂量为1.0%,辅助添加剂B(无水乙醇)的剂量为10.0%时,防锈油的防锈效果最佳。
Anti-rust oil containing polysiloxane as the inhibitor was formulated so as to improve the anti-rust performance of metal crown lids subjected to edge cutting.The influences of contents of inhibitor and auxiliary additive as well as curing time and curing temperature during film-formation at constant temperature on anti-rust efficiency were investigated by conducting orthogonal tests.The formula of the anti-rust oil was optimized.At the same time,the corrosion inhibition performance of the anti-rust film was analyzed.Results show that,in terms of the influence on anti-rust efficiency,various factors can be ranked as dosage of inhibitor>dosage of auxiliary additive C(non-ionic surfactant)>curing time>curing temperature.The best anti-rust efficiency was obtained at an inhibitor dosage of 30.0%,auxiliary additive C dosage of 2.0%,base oil content of 57.0%,auxiliary additive A(carboxylate) dosage of 1.0%,auxiliary additive B(ethanol) dosage of 10.0%,curing time of 30 min and curing temperature of 60 ℃.
