摘要
针对临近空间信息系统(NSIS)技术发展迅速,缺乏通用性验证,系统设计周期、结果风险较大问题,首次提出了NSIS的效能评估体系.根据NSIS结构体系、评估指标复杂、层次较多特点,在ADC评估框架的基础上,建立了基于层次分析法(AHP)的效能评估体系,并提出了基于灰度的人在回路信息系统数学评估模型,为建立有效、稳定的NSIS能力评估模型提供了有效手段.
As Near Space Information System(NSIS) doesn′t have effectiveness estimation system,the process and result of design take a risk,so effectiveness evaluation system(EES) of NSIS is proposed for the first time.According the characteristic that the structure of NSIS and evaluation guide lines are complex,the ADC evaluation architecture which integrated Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is set up.EES solved the problem that distributing weight of system ability,and put forward math evaluation model of NSIS ability and its sub target.The system provided an effective way to demonstrate cost,feasibility and risk of NSIS.
