云南省技术创新资本市场的发展对策研究

Study on the Development Strategy of the Capital Market for Technology Innovation in Yunnan Province

技术创新与资本市场的结合是创新成果实现产业化和实现持续创新的有效途径。论文对以云南省为代表的西部地区建立面向技术创新的资本市场的必然性和实现途径进行探讨。首先对科技创新资本市场的概念和特征做出了界定,论证了技术创新与资本市场结合的必然性;其次从科技投入、风险投资和产权交易市场等方面分析云南省的科技创新资本市场的发育状况;最后提出了发展科技创新资本市场的对策。技术创新和资本市场建设都相对滞后是西部地区的共性特征,以云南省为例论述利用资本市场建设推动技术创新的发展具有普遍的应用价值。

Combining technology innovation （TI） with capital market （CM） is the effectual approach to industrialization of innovation production and to sustainable innovation. The paper discusses the inevitability and the approach of constituting the CM for TI in the west area of China. Firstly, it defines the concept and character of CM for TI, and demonstrateds the inevitability of the combination of TI with CM. Secondly, it analyzes the development status of CM for TI in Yunnan prov- ince from the aspects of technology input, venture investment and property right market. Finally, it brings forward the de- velopment strategy of the CM for TI. Low development of both technology and capital market is the common character of the west provinces. So, there is common practice value that taking Yunnan province as an example to discuss using the CM to drive the development of TI.
