基于AHP-RE赋权和灰色理论的经济适用房项目评价研究

Project Evaluation on Affordable Housing Based on AHP-RE Weight and Gray Theory

经济适用房项目的复杂性决定了其投资决策问题是一个典型的复杂决策问题。从企业经营管理能力、工程质量与技术能力、项目基本面情况、企业财务能力、项目经济效益和风险情况六个维度构建经济适用房建设项目评价指标体系,进而构建了基于层次分析法和相对熵的群决策指标赋权模型,最后应用灰色关联综合评价法对评价对象进行了评价。研究结论验证了模型的科学性和有效性。

The complexity d the affordable housing determines that its investment is a typical complex problem on decision- making. First of all , the paper presents the evaluation index system of the affordable housing from the perspeetive of operation and manasement, engineering quality and technology, basic situation of the project,financial capability,economic benefit and risk; then it establishes a weight model based on AHP and relative ntropy;Finally it evaluates the objects by way of Gray theory, The result proves the scientific and validity of the model.
