山东省加工贸易模式与升级路径差异化分析

Analysis of Shandong Processing Trade Mode and the Differentiation of its Upgrading Path

加工贸易企业的生产控制模式是其转型升级的基础。根据加工贸易企业中外双方所处地位的不同以及加工贸易方式,将山东省加工贸易分为六种模式,根据这六种模式所代表的典型产业的特点,分析它们差异化的升级路径,认为山东目前加工贸易的转型升级不能都着眼于创立自主品牌,应根据产业的实际情况。

The production control mode of processing trade enterprise＇s is the foundation of its upgrading. We divide Shandong processing trade into six kinds of modes according to Chinese and foreign parties ＇ different status as well as the processing trade type. We analyze different upgrading path according to the characteristic of every typical industrial. In conclusion , we don ＇ t think that the present processing trade upgrading should focus on the establishment of independent brand, instead, we should choose the suitable upgrading direction according to our actual situation.
