浅析国家自然科学基金对省属高等医学院校的影响力

Influence of China National Natural Science Foundation of Provincial Higher Medical Education Institutions

在回顾2000—2009年国家自然科学基金资助状况的基础上,分析国家自然科学基金与独立设置的省属高等医学院校发展的相关性,阐述了参与国家自然科学基金竞争弱势院校的成因,从科学研究和人才培养两方面探讨了国家自然科学基金对省属高等医学院校的影响力。研究提示,国家自然科学基金立项与高校总体影响力呈对数正相关关系,通过积极争取国家自然科学基金支持,有利于提升医学院校科研整体水平,快速提升基础薄弱的医学院校的科研实力;国家自然科学基金对省属高等医学院校的影响力具有正向推动作用,有利于提升医学人才培养质量。高等医学院校要更加重视科学研究,更加重视培养基础研究人才。

Having reviewed the financial assistance to the higher education institutions by NSFC during 2000 -2009, we analyzed the association between the financial assistance by NSFC and the development of provincial higher education institutions, clarified the cause of higher education institutions with weak competitive strength in striving for funding of NSFC, and explored the influence of NSFC on the science research and talented person education in the higher medical education institutions. The study suggests that the NSFC funds were logarithm associated with the influence of higher education insti- tutions. The financial assistance by NSFC may improve the research whole level of medical institutions and promote quickly the real research strength of medical institutions with weak foundation. It can push the development of medical institutions and raise the quality level of medical person education. Therefore, the higher medical education institutions should devote much attention to scientific research and talents training on basic research.
