基于DEA的高校图书馆图书资源配置微观效率研究

Research on Micro-efficiency Evaluation of University Library Book Resource Allocation Based on the DEA Model

采用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis简称DEA)对高校图书馆图书资源配置的微观效率进行评价,并以西安科技大学图书馆2009年各类图书采购与借阅的统计数据建立指标体系,用DEA模型对各类图书的总效率、技术效率和规模效率进行了实证研究,将被评价的类目分为相对有效和相对无效,指出相对无效类目的不足及改进地方。这将为图书馆进行下一步文献采购提供科学的依据。

Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） is used in evaluating micro -efficiency of university library of resource allocation in this paper. The paper uses various types of procurement and lending statistics in 2009 of library of Xi’an University of Science ＆ Technology to establish index system by the DEA model, it makes the total, technical and scale efficiency of all kinds of books here, and it divides the estimated category into relatively effective and relatively ineffective, pointing out the improvement targets and approaches of the relatively ineffective, which may provide scientific basis for the library to allocate books and documents in the future.
