蛋鸡养殖户饲料使用行为研究——以江苏省东台市为例

Study on Using Feed Behavior of the Producers of Layer

利用二值Logistic分析方法,以江苏省东台市245个蛋鸡养殖户的调查数据为依据,对农户认证饲料使用行为进行了计量经济分析。研究结果表明,63.3%蛋鸡养殖户使用的是没有经过质量认证的饲料,蛋鸡养殖户的年龄、养殖经验、蛋鸡收入在家庭收入中的比重、参与产业化组织情况和对食品安全知识的了解程度是影响蛋鸡养殖户饲料使用行为的主要因素。

Using binary logistic analyze, the paper has a study on the producers＇ feed behavior according to the survey datum of 245 producers of layer in Dongtai, Jiangsu province. The results indicate that ： 63. 3% of layer producers use the feed without quality certification, producers＇ age, breeding experience, layer - income proportion of total household income, involved in the organization of layer industry , food safety knowledge of producers＇ are the mostly factors to effect the using feed behavior of the producers.
