摘要
企业的外包决策分为不同的层次,文章以经济学中的替代原理为基础,提出在外包行为层次上的外包决策模型,并说明外包风险作用下外包决策的动态均衡,为外包行为层次上的决策提供了更具体的方法。
Outsourcing decision - making of enterprise can be divided into several hierarchies. Based on substitution effect, new outsourcing decision - making model is built on the hierarchy of detail decision - making. It turns out to be a dynamic balance with the effect of outsourcing risk, which tends to be a useful tool on the detail hierarchy of outsourcing decision - making.
