摘要 随着网络信息技术的快速发展,对网络信息的需求不断增加,也趋向多元化和高质量要求。从信息共享的本质特征看,信息质量是信息共享发展的前提,信息共享必须解决信息质量最优化等实质问题,才能实现共享信息的价值。分析了网络信息共享环境下的信息质量管理的特殊性,以及与传统质量管理的区别,并就如何进一步加强网络信息共享中的信息质量管理提出一些建议。 With a rapid advancement of network information teehnology, there is an increasing and diversified demand for network information, and the society requires high- quality information resources. From the essential characteristics of net- work information sharing, Information Quality (IQ) is the prerequisite for the development d information sharing. Informa- tion - sharing must solve the optimization of the quality of information in order to achieve the value of sharing information. This paper analyzes the special nature of information quality management in the network information sharing, and differentiates the information quality management and traditional quality management as well, then it puts up some suggestions on how to further strengthen the information quality management in the network information sharing.
