陷窝蛋白-1在肿瘤发生发展中的双重性 被引量:1

The dual roles of caveolin-1 in tumorigenesis and tumor development

摘要 陷窝蛋白-1(caveolin-1)是陷窝(caveolae)的主要结构成分,在细胞内吞、胆固醇运输、信号传导、肿瘤发生中发挥重要作用。陷窝蛋白-1在肿瘤中发挥抑癌作用还是促癌作用一直存在争论:在乳腺癌、肺癌、卵巢癌中发挥抑癌基因样作用,而在前列腺癌中则发挥癌基因样作用。这一现象提示,陷窝蛋白-1在不同肿瘤中发挥作用可能不同,其生物学作用具有双重性。本文将对陷窝蛋白-1的结构、分布、表达及与肿瘤的关系作一综述。 Caveolin-1 is a major structural protein of caveolae and plays important roles in endocytosis,cholesterol transport,signal transduction and tumorigenesis.The exact function of caveolin-1 in tumor remains controversial.Caveolin-1 acts as a tumor suppressor in breast cancer,lung cancer and ovarian cancer,but plays an opposite role in prostate cancer.This suggests that the biological function of caveolin-1 in tumor is cell type dependent,namely it is a tumor inhibitor in some kinds of tumors,but tumor promoter in other kinds of tumors.Here,with regard to the relationship between caveolin-1 and tumor,a comprehensive and systemic review was given including caveolin-1’s structure,distribution,expression as well as biological functions.
