摘要 表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)可多通路多途径预防和治疗肿瘤。本文综述了EGCG通过Nrf2通路预防肿瘤,从膜受体通路、线粒体通路、P53-Bax、67-LR-eEF1A、VEGF等通路促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡及周期阻滞,抑制肿瘤的侵袭和迁移的研究新进展。 (-)-epigallocatechingallate(EGCG) exerts prevention and anticancer effects by multi-pathway.In this paper we review the evidence indicating that EGCG prevents cancer via Nrf2 pathway,inhibits cell proliferation,induces apoptosis and reduces invasion and metastasis via epidermal growth factor receptor,mitochondria,p53-Bax,67-LR-eEF1A and vascular endothelial growth factor signaling pathways,etc.
