摘要
利用ANSYS建立齿形滑环式组合密封的二维轴对称模型,分析压缩量、介质压力及齿形滑环结构对组合密封的接触应力、变形、Von M ises应力及剪应力的影响。结果表明:随着压缩量的增加,组合密封的变形及接触应力增大,O形圈的受力减小;随着介质压力的增加,组合密封的变形、接触应力及O形圈的受力增大,因此,在较大介质压力条件下,应适当增加压缩量;适当改变齿形滑环的尺寸,可以使得O形圈受力减小,且齿形滑环不易磨损,使用寿命延长。
ANSYS was utilized to establish the two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model of tooth and sliding ring combined seal.The influences of the amount of compression,liquid pressure and the structure of tooth and sliding ring on contact stress,deformation,Von Mises stress and shear stress of the combined seal were analyzed.Result shows that with the increases of the amount of compression,the deformation and contact pressure of the combined seal increase,while the stress of the O-ring decreases;with the increases of the liquid pressure,the deformation,contact pressure and the stress of the O-ring increase.So the compression should be increased appropriately when the liquid pressure was high.The stress of the O-ring decreases when the size of the tooth and sliding ring changed properly,while the tooth and sliding ring is not fret easily,and it can be used longer.
