摘要
岩藻多糖硫酸酯(fucoidan或fucan sulfate,FS)是一种硫酸多糖,具有多种生物活性。硫酸基团对多糖活性起重要作用,并且多糖活性与硫酸基团含量呈正相关。近些年,国内外研究者对SF进行硫酸化修饰以获得高硫酸基团含量和高活性的过硫酸化岩藻多糖硫酸酯。为促进对FS硫酸化修饰的深入了解,本文对FS活性与硫酸基团含量及位置的关系、过硫酸化方法及过硫酸化岩藻多糖硫酸酯活性的研究进展进行了综述。
Fucoidan is a kind of sulfated polysaccharide with a variety of biological activities.Sulfate plays an important role in deciding the activities of sulfated polysaccharides,and there is a significant positive correlation between sulfate content and the activities of sulfated polysaccharides.In recent years sulfation modification has been employed to obtain oversulfated fucoidans with higher sulfate content and higher activities than native fucoidans.This review discusses the relationships between activities and sulfate content and location,the oversulfating methods and the activities of oversulfated fucoidans,to promote the research of fucoidans and develop polysaccharide drugs with higher biological activities.
