摘要
橡胶密封件的生产,传统的方式主要使用普通平板硫化机,其模具结构简单,存在生产效率低,产品致密性差,生产过程中模具的型腔容易碰损而导致模具失效等问题。设计一种真空模,可用于真空平板硫化机生产橡胶弹性体。试验结果表明,真空模生产的硫化橡胶的各项物理机械性能如拉伸强度、抗撕裂强度、压应变力、硬度等均比普通模生产的高,而且产品的品质十分稳定,尺寸及质量波动均比普通模的小,致密度较高。
The traditional production of rubber seals uses the ordinary plate vulcanizing machineit has the disadvantages such as simple structure of module,low productivity and poor density of product,and the mold cavity is easy to be damaged.A vacuum module used in the vacuum plate vulcanizing machine was designed to produce rubber seals.The test results show that vulcanizing rubber produced by vacuum module has good physical and mechanical properties,such as high tensile strength,tear strength,compressive strain and hardness compared with the one by ordinary module,the vulcanizing rubber product has low fluctuations in size and weight and high density.
