摘要
目的面神经额颞支在前侧方入路时易受损伤,其损伤后可引起面部畸形。为给临床提供数据,进行此研究。方法对10例(20侧)为颅湿标本的面神经额颞支及额颞区进行巨显微外科解剖,并对其测量和拍照。结果面神经额颞支通常三支,由腮腺和咬肌筋膜穿出后走行于颞浅筋膜浅面、皮下组织深层,且始终在颞浅血管之前。结论为防止面神经额颞支损伤,切口应在颞浅血管后或耳屏前18mm后。在颞深筋膜浅、深两层之间分离,眶颧区同骨膜一起分离。
Objective Injury of the fronto-temporal branch of facial nerve(FTBFN) was not uncommon when anterior - lateral approach is used. The result was usually a cosmetic defect in the face. We conducted this study in order to provide experimental data for clinic. Methods 10 adult cadaver heads(20 laterals)were used for the study. The FTBFN、temporal and frontal regions were dissected、measured and taken photos.Results The FTBFN merges from the parotid gland as multiple twigs(three, most commonly)that form a plexus. The FTBFN in its course runs in the deeper part of the subcutis and before temporal superficial artery and vein. Conclusion To avod injurying FTBFN, the incision must be behind the temporal superficial artery and vein, dissection between the superfcial and deep layer of the deep temporal fasia.
