应用IL-2加BCG与MMC配合手术治疗膀胱癌疗效分析

目的探讨预防膀胱癌术后复发的更有效的方法。方法采用术前术后灌注白细胞介素2（IL-2）加卡介苗（BCG）或丝裂霉素C（MMC）以及术中膀胱粘膜下，切缘注射IL－2或MMC治疗60例膀胱癌患者，分别观察两组的疗效，并进行比较分析。结果随访5～52mo，IL－2＋BCG组复发率明显低于MMC组（P＜0．05）。结论采用IL－2＋BCG组的方法预防膀胱癌术后复发安全有效。

Objective To researh the effective method to reduce the recurrence rate of bladder cancer. Methods 60 patients with bladder cancer were treated by injecting interleukin - 2(IL - 2) or MMC(mitomycin) into the under mucosa and the bladder incision edges during the operation and instilling IL - 2 add Bacillas Calmette- Guerin (BCG) or MMC intravesically before and after the operation. Results All patients were followed up for 5~52 months. The recurrence rate with IL - 2 add BCG was lower than the recurrence rate with MMC(P<0.05). Conclusions It is suggested that this method with IL-2 add BCG therapy to prevent bladder tumor recurrence is safe and effective.
