摘要
图书馆目前存在着丢书赔偿制度标准混乱、滥用惩戒性丢书赔偿做法和以格式条款加重读者负担等问题。本文针对图书馆流行的几种丢书赔偿方法的优缺点进行比较分析,提出采用递进式的赔偿标准,完善读者丢失图书赔偿制度。
Lost books compensation system has not been reviewed with compensation standards.It has the problems,such as standards confusion and abuse of exemplary books lost in the standard terms of compensation practices and increase the burden on the reader and so on.According to the analysis of compensation methods for lost books at present,this paper puts forward the progressive compensation standard,in order to perfect the compensation system for lost books.
