摘要
理论分析了伺服压力机在冲压过程电容储能装置电压电流的变化情况。基于伺服电机恒速驱动模式,对电容储能装置的设计参数进行了简要分析,并给出了一组较合理的电容储能参数。基于该电容储能参数,为实现压力机的变速驱动和多适应能力,重点对伺服驱动器的控制参数和压力机的出力能力作了详细分析,并给出了重要结论。为验证结论的正确性,设计了专用永磁交流伺服系统进行实验验证。结果证明,设计的电容储能装置能够满足压力机冲压加工的动力和控制要求;对伺服驱动器控制参数和压力机出力能力的分析是合理的,从而为进一步提高伺服压力机的柔性化奠定了基础。
The voltage and current changing situation of capacitor energy storage device during the stamping process is theoretically analyzed.Based on the constant speed driving mode of servo motor,a brief analysis of capacitor energy storage device's parameter design is made,and then a group of reasonable capacitor energy storage parameters are given.Based on the parameters,to realize variable speed driving and multi-adaptability of the press,it puts emphasis on detailed analysis of the servo driver's control parameters and the press's output ability.And important conclusion is also provide.To confirm the accuracy of the conclusion,the special permanent magnet AC servo system is designed and experiment is carried on it.The results prove that the designed capacitor energy storage device can satisfy the power and control request of press stamping.Analysis on control parameters of the servo driver and output ability of the press is reasonable,which provides the reference for the development of servo press's flexibility.
