摘要
三绕组串联式高效单相感应电动机三个定子绕组串联连接,并与两个电容器连接,可以实现在单相电源下接近对称运行。与同容量普通单相感应电动机相比,具有体积小、效率高的特点。本文从对称分量法和该电机的定子绕组电路结构出发,推导了电机对称运行条件,建立了a-b-c坐标系下的瞬态数学模型。利用该仿真模型分析了电机的动态性能,研究了电容参数对该电机起动时间、转速和转矩波动的影响,为今后该类型电机的设计提供了重要的参考依据。对该电机及具有相同输出功率的三相感应电动机进行了对比试验,试验结果验证了仿真模型的正确性。为提高电机起动性能,提出了双电容起动电路,通过仿真验证了其起动性能。从节约电机生产成本和简化起动电路的角度出发,提出了单电容起动电路,并通过仿真和试验验证了其可行性。
The novel high efficiency single-phase induction motor has three series-connected stator windings which connected with two capacitors,which can operate almost symmetrically with single-phase supply with higher efficiency and smaller volume than the normal single-phase motor with same rated power.Based on the symmetrical components method and the stator circuit structure of the novel single-phase induction motor with three-phase symmetrical windings and two capacitors,the balanced operation condition of the motor is deduced and the actual-variable transient simulation model of the motor is constructed in a-b-c stationary reference frame.The transient performance of the motor are simulated,and the variation patterns of capacitors to start-time,torque,and speed are presented,which are important to the design of the motor.The performance tests are done on the proposed motor and the three-phase induction motor.The simulation results from the model agree well with the experimental investigations.To improve the starting performance,starting method with two additional capacitors is proposed,and verified by simulated results.To reduce the number of starting capacitors,a new starting method with one additional starting capacitor is proposed and verified.
