联合化疗与癌灵Ⅰ号交替治疗缓解期早幼粒细胞性白血病

Alternative application of combined chemotherapy and ASO_2 for the patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia in remission stage

目的观察联合化疗与癌灵一号交替在早幼粒细胞性白血病缓解期的应用的疗效。方法选择20例缓解期的急性早幼粒细胞性白血病患者用联合化疗与癌灵一号交替反复进行治疗、逐年延长间歇。结果5a以上缓解率15％，3a以上缓解率60％，有效率95％。结论不断进行再诱导，再杀伤，循环反复，即能杀伤白血病细胞，又不至于产生耐药性。

Objective The treatment effect of the altemative application of combined chemotherapy and ASO2 on the patients of acute promyelocytic leukemia in their relieving duration.Method 25 patients of acute promyelocytic leukemia in their relieving duration were treated with. Altematively apply combined chemotherapy and ASO2 on them repeatly, while the interval between circles of the treatment prolong year by year. Results The remission rate of cases over 5 years was 15%, cases over 3 years 60%. The effective rate was 95% .Conclusion Through the repeated altemative treatment of inducing and killing,leukemia cells can be killed without producing any drug - resistance.
