摘要
针对单相电压型三电平二极管钳位整流器的工作特点,探讨将三相系统中SVPWM调制技术应用于单相系统。本文分析了单相SVPWM调制算法的基本原理,并提出了一种单相系统的优化SVPWM算法。理论分析表明:该SVPWM算法与单相SPWM调制算法相比,可以有效地降低开关损耗,且具备直流侧中性点电位控制功能;通过有选择性地插入零矢量,可以有效地减小每相桥臂中间两开关器件的发热量。小功率样机实验验证了该算法的有效性。
For single phase three-level neutral-point-clamped(NPC) voltage source rectifiers,the operating principle is analyzed firstly.According to characteristic of the circuit topology,three-phase space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) technique is applied to the single-phase converter system.To reduce the switching losses and be in equilibrium with the calorific value of each switch apparatus,a single-phase SVPWM optimized technique is proposed.The theoretical research shows that the SVPWM technique can reduce the switching losses and balance the neutral-point voltage to compare with single-phase SPWM technique;the calorific value of two middle switch apparatus of each leg can be reduced by arranging the selective zero vector.The validity of the algorithms is proved by the test in a low power experiment prototype.
