摘要
将空间矢量调制引入单相多电平逆变器之中,提出了单相多电平空间矢量调制技术。根据单相多电平逆变器的一般模型,给出了其空间矢量图,推导了单相多电平空间矢量调制技术的调制原理。以混合级联七电平逆变器为例,采用单相多电平空间矢量调制,实现了两种调制算法的仿真和试验。仿真和试验结果表明,单相多电平空间矢量调制技术将复杂的开关状态组合抽象为简单的电压空间矢量,可以灵活地利用开关状态的冗余得到满足实际需要的调制算法,具有算法简单、容易实现、通用性强等优点。
Technique of single-phase multilevel space vector modulation is proposed through introducing the space vector modulation into single-phase multilevel converter in this paper.The space vector diagram of single-phase multilevel converter is presented according its common structure,and the principle of single-phase multilevel space vector modulation is deduced.Taking example for hybrid cascade seven-level inverter,simulation and experiment of two different modulation algorithms is performed based on single-phase multilevel space vector modulation.Simulation and experimental results indicate that the single-phase multilevel space vector modulation technique can flexibly apply the redundancy of switch state to achieve the modulation algorithm satisfied with demand by abstracting simple voltage space vector from complex switch state combination,which is of many advantages as simple algorithm,easy implement and strong generality.
