黄芪、山茱萸对D-半乳糖致衰大鼠的心肌组织SOD活性的影响

Effects of the astragalus root and cornus officinalis seib et zucc on SOD activity of myocardial tissue in aging model by D-Galactose

本实验利用D-半乳糖致衰模型大鼠，同时灌服黄芪、山茱萸水煎剂，6周后观察黄芪、山茱萸对大鼠心肌组织中SOD活力的影响，结果发现两种不同的中药均能显著提高心肌组织SOD活力，说明黄芪、山茱萸除具有较强提高机体免疫力作用之外，还具有较强的抗氧化作用．

The D-Galactose induced aging rat models were used. The astragalus root and cornus officinalis seib et zucc decotions were given at the same time. After six weeks, it was observed that both had an effect on SOD activity in the rat myocardial tissue. It was found that either of them increased the SOD activity in the myocardial tissue obviously. The results demonsrated that astragalus root and cornus officinalis seib et zucc decoctions not only had the notable function in increase in the immunity of the oganism, but also had quite strong antioxidation.
