摘要
本文对公民文化权利与档案馆服务体系的内涵、特征以及内在关系进行分析。以保障与实现公民的基本文化权益,满足公民的基本文化需求为目的,提出构建档案馆服务体系的内容与观点,来适应社会发展的内在需求,为保障公民文化权利的实现提供参考。
In order to ensure and realize the citizen＇s basic cultural ngnts and interests,this article analyzes the connotations and characteristics of Citizen＇s cultural right and Archives Service System,along with their intrinsic relationships, then for offering references to guarantee and realize cultural rights, it puts forward the contents of archives service system to adapt to the internal demand of social development.
