摘要
档案利用率这一概念是从图书利用率移植过来的,缺乏现实基础和生存土壤,并不具备研究价值,但是却在档案界受到了广泛关注。本文将从档案的原始凭证价值和机要性特点入手分析档案利用率的不合理性,并通过分析档案利用率受关注的原因进一步质疑档案利用率存在的合理性。
Utilization of archives is a new term coming from the utilization of books, lacking for realistic base and survival soil.Great attention Was paid by archive fields though useless. This Article started with the probative value and the confidentiality of archives, analysed the irrationality of utilization of archives, further questioned the rationality of existence about the utilization of archives.
