摘要
目的:研究补骨防疏煎剂对骨质疏松症大鼠血清骨钙素(BGP)的影响。方法:采用维甲酸ig复制大鼠骨质疏松模型,酶联免疫法检测大鼠血清BGP,并观察骨组织形态学。结果:高、中、低浓度补骨防疏煎剂可显著增高模型大鼠血清BGP含量(P<0.01),明显改善模型大鼠骨病理形态变化。结论:补骨防疏煎剂可明显改善模型大鼠的骨质疏松症状,其机制可能与提高血清BGP水平、改善骨病理变化有关。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the effect of Bugu fangshu decoction on bone gla protein（BGP） in serum in osteoporosis rats. METHODS：The osteoporosis model was induced by intragastric administration of retinoic acid. BGP in serum were measured by ELISA and morphological changes of bone tissues were observed. RESULTS：High,medium and low concentrations of Bugu fangshu decoction increased BGP levels in serum significantly（P0.01） ,and pathological morphology of bone tissues were improved obviously. CONCLUSION：Bugu fangshu decoction could effectively improve osteoporosis symptom in model rats,which mechanism maybe associated with improving BGP levels in serum and pathological changes of bone tissues.
