扶正固本胶囊对“劳倦过度,房室不节”肾阳虚模型大鼠的影响

Effect of Fuzheng Guben Capsule on Rats with Kidney Yang Deficiency Symptom Caused by Overstrain and Intemperate Sexual Intercourse

目的:研究扶正固本胶囊对"劳倦过度,房室不节"肾阳虚模型大鼠的影响。方法:采用"劳倦过度,房室不节"的方法复制大鼠肾阳虚模型,灌胃给药4周后,测定肾阳虚模型大鼠的排尿量、交配能力、性器官和血清中三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果:扶正固本胶囊在1.84、0.92g·kg-1的剂量下能使肾阳虚模型大鼠血清中的T3、T4、T水平和SOD活性显著升高,E2水平、MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);能显著缩短肾阳虚模型大鼠的交配潜伏期和增加其交配次数(P<0.05),其中1.84g·kg-1剂量下大鼠的睾丸指数显著增加(P<0.05);在1.84、0.92、0.46g·kg-1的剂量下可显著减少肾阳虚模型大鼠的排尿量。结论:扶正固本胶囊对大鼠的肾阳虚症状有显著的改善作用。

OBJECTIVE：To study the effect of Fuzheng guben capsule（FGC） on rats with kidney yang deficiency symptom caused by overstrain and intemperate sexual intercourse. METHODS：Kidney yang deficiency model was simulated by mean of overstrain and intemperate sexual intercourse. After 4 weeks of intragastric administration,the urinary output,capability of copulation,sexual organ and triiodothyronine（T3） ,thyroxine（T4） ,testosterone（T） ,estradiol（E2） ,superoxide dismutase（SOD） and malondialdehyde（MDA） in blood serum were determined. RESULTS：T3,T4,SOD and T in serum were significantly increased while E2 and MDA were significantly decreased in dose of 1.84 g·kg-1 and 0.92 g·kg-1（P0.05 or P0.01） . The incubation period of copulation was significantly shortened while the number of copulation was significantly increased（P0.05） . Testis index was significantly higher in dose of 1.84 g·kg-1（P0.05） . Urinary output was significantly reduced in dose of 1.84 g·kg-1,0.92 g·kg-1 and 0.46 g·kg-1. CONCLUSION：Fuzheng guben capsule could improve significantly kidney yang deficiency symptom of rats.
