创克酊体外抗菌活性研究

Study of Antibacterial Activities of Chuangke Tincture in Vitro

目的:研究创克酊体外抗菌活性。方法:采用不同浓度创克酊对230株临床分离的常见革兰阳性、阴性致病菌等进行体外药敏试验,测定其半数抑制浓度(MIC50)。结果:创克酊对革兰阳性菌,如金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和粪链球菌有较强的抗菌作用,MIC50分别为12.50%、3.125%和1.60%;对革兰阴性菌也有较强的抑菌作用,如对大肠杆菌和液化沙雷氏菌的MIC50分别为12.50%和6.25%;对两株厌氧菌破伤风杆菌的MIC50为6.25%。结论:创克酊具有广谱抗菌作用。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate in vitro antibacterial activities of Chuangke tincture. METHODS：Drug sensitivities of 230 clinical isolated strains（gram-positive bacterium and gram-negative bacterium,etc） were determined using different concentration different concentration Chuangke tincture,and the MIC50 of them was detected. RESULTS：The experimental results showed that Chuangke tincture was significant active against gram-positive bacterium,such as Streptococcus hemolyticus,Streptococcus faecalis and Staphylococcus epidermidis,with MIC50 of 12.50%,3.125% and 1.60%,respectively. Chuangke tincture was also significant active against gram-negative bacterium,such as Escherichia coli with MIC50 of 12.50%. MIC50 of Chuangke tincture against Serratia liquefaciens was 6.25% and two strains of amaerobic bacteria Clostridium tetani was 6.25%. CONCLUSION：The experimental results indicate that Chuangke tincture has had broad-spectrum antibiotic activity.
