止痹通络丸制备工艺的改进研究

Improvement of Preparation Technology of Zhibi Tongluo Pills

目的:改进止痹通络丸的制备工艺,提高产品的质量和疗效。方法:依照《中国药典》丸剂项下检测方法,采用高效液相色谱法测定止痹通络丸中有效成分桂皮醛含量,对原、新2种制备工艺进行比较。结果:采用先提取后干燥粉碎、蜜酒包衣、川蜡抛光的新工艺明显优于传统串油法粉碎、糊精水包衣、烘干的原工艺,新工艺制得的止痹通络丸的质量和桂皮醛含量均明显提高。结论:新工艺操作简单、节约能源、降低了生产成本,可为丸剂生产质量的提高提供有效的借鉴。

OBJECTIVE：To improve the preparation technology of Zhibi tongluo pills,and to promote the quality and therapeutic efficacy of it. METHODS：According to the determination methods for pills of Chinese Pharmacopeia,the content of cinnamic aldehyde in Zhibi tongluo pills prepared by original and new methods was determined by HPLC. RESULTS：The new preparation technology including drying and crushing,mules coating and Chinese insect wax polishing is superior to the old ones that contains oil crushing,cyclodextrin solution coating and drying. The quality of Zhibi tongluo pills and the content of cinnamic aldehyde in Zhibi tongluo pills were improved obviously. CONCLUSION：The method is easy,conserves energy sources,reduces the production cost.It provides reference for the improvement of the quality of pills.
