妊娠母猪MMP-2、-9基因组织表达特性的研究

摘要 以妊娠母猪为研究材料,采用RT-PCR半定量方法对猪基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、-9基因组织表达特点进行研究。结果表明:在检测的19种组织中,MMP-2除在心脏、大脑和下丘脑中无表达外,在其他16种组织中表达量由高到低依次为子宫内膜-附植点间>子宫颈>子宫内膜-附植点>胚泡>子宫体>骨骼肌>背膘>垂体>卵巢>小脑>脾脏>膀胱>脊髓>肾脏>肾上腺>输卵管;MMP-9除在脾脏、膀胱、大脑、小脑、垂体和下丘脑中无表达外,在其他13种组织中表达量由高到低依次为子宫内膜-附植点间>子宫内膜-附植点>肾脏>胚泡>脊髓>子宫体>输卵管>卵巢>背膘>子宫颈>心脏>肾上腺>骨骼肌。2个基因均在子宫及胚泡组织中表达较高,提示它们在母猪妊娠过程中发挥重要作用。
