摘要
目的:观察热毒宁注射液在不同溶媒中的稳定性及与头孢菌素类药物的配伍情况。方法:用光阻法测定热毒宁注射液在5种注射液中的不溶性微粒情况。采用高效液相色谱法测定热毒宁注射液分别与5%葡萄糖注射液及0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍放置8 h内,配伍液中栀子苷含量的变化,并比较配伍前后pH值的变化。模拟临床条件观察头孢唑林、头孢呋辛、头孢曲松、头孢哌酮与热毒宁注射液配伍后不溶性微粒的情况。结果:热毒宁注射液与上述5种输液配伍后,微粒数均有所增加,其中与5%葡萄糖注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后pH值和栀子苷含量均无显著性变化。热毒宁注射液与上述头孢菌素类药物配伍后均有可见物生成。结论:热毒宁注射液在临床输液中应注意不溶性微粒情况。热毒宁与头孢菌素类药物存在配伍禁忌。
Objective:To investigate the stability of Reduning injection in different infusion solutions and its compatibility with cephalosporins.Methods:The insoluble particles of Reduning injection in five kinds of infusion solution were detected respectively by light-blockage method.The contents of geniposide in the solution mixed with 5% GS or 0.9 NS within 8 h were determined by HPLC.The appearance and pH value of the mixtures were compared with those before mixing.The changes after Reduning injection mixed with cefazolin,cefuroxime,ceftriaxone or cefoperazone were observed.Results:After Reduning injection was mixed with each one of the five kinds of infusion solution,the number of particles increased.The contents of geniposide and pH value did not obviously change in the solutions mixed with 5% GS or 0.9% NS.Visible substances appeared in Reduning injection mixed with cephalosporins.Conclusion:The insoluble particles of Reduning injection should be monitored in clinical application.There is incompatibility between Reduning injection and cephalosporins.
