摘要
目的:对大黄酚脂质体的处方和制备工艺进行研究,并评价其质量。方法:采用薄膜-超声分散法制备了大黄酚脂质体,并对制剂的包封率、形态学、粒径分布、稳定性等进行研究。结果:本研究制备的大黄酚脂质体处方为药脂比3∶30,脂材比1∶3,成膜温度为45℃,缓冲溶液pH为8.2,得到的脂质体粒径均匀,包封率达86.9%。结论:采用薄膜-超声分散法制备的大黄酚脂质体具有较高包封率和稳定性。
Objective:To prepare and evaluate the quality of chrysophanol liposome.Methods:The liposome was prepared by film-ultrasonic wave technology.The morphology,entrapment,size distribution and stability of chrysophanol liposome were studied.Results:The optimal formulation was drug/PC=3∶30,CHOL/PC=1∶3,at 45 ℃ reactive temperature,and pH=8.2 in buffer solution.The size of obtained liposome was uniform and entrapment efficiency reached 86.9%.Conclusion:Prepared by the film-ultrasonic wave technology,chrysophanol is highly entrapped into liposome with good stability.
