摘要
钻井工程事故的发生与近钻头处的钻柱振动变化密切相关。应用水力学公式计算触发系统不同工况下的压力变化,设计计算各部件的尺寸;建立钻柱振动控制装置的三维有限元模型,应用ANSYS软件进行该装置在不同井斜角的井眼内的受力变形分析,评价该装置在斜井中的通过能力。
The drilling engineering accidents are closely related to the drill bit vibration near the drill head.This paper calculates the pressure changes of trigger system under different conditions by water mechanical formula,design and calculates the size of the components,establishes three-dimensional finite element model of drill string vibration control device,uses the ANSYS software to make borehole deformation analysis of the device in a different inclination,and evaluates the capacity in the slop of device.
