Problems and Causes Discussion about Acceptance for Separable Housing Quality

本文通过对建筑方等相关方对于住宅工程质量分户验收工作不够配合、房间室内空间尤其是净高的尺寸不符合要求、楼梯的扶手在安装后导致净宽不够且楼梯平台的净宽难以达到要求、阳台止水槛达不到10cm高度且阳台部位外墙易渗水、楼地面、墙面、天棚空鼓、裂缝、脱层和爆灰问题、铝合金门窗的渗水问题以及后期保护问题等方面进行了原因分析及解决对策的讨论。

In this article,the causes and solutions of main common problems are analyzed and discussed,such as the cooperation in housing project quality inspection work between building and interested parties is not enough;the interior space,especially the size of clear height in room does not meet the requirements;the clear width after the installation of handrails stairs is not enough and the clear width of stair platform can not meet the requirement;the balcony sealing threshold is lower than 10cm and the part of the external walls of the balcony easily appear water seepage;building floors,walls,ceiling hollowing,cracks,delamination and ash explosion problems and the water seepage problems of aluminum doors and windows as well as the later protection problems,and so on.
