摘要
本文重点论述了如何运用价值原理来进行建筑施工管理,从而达到提高企业经济效益的目的。运用价值原理来作指导,可以提高资金利润率,在保证工程质量的前提下,有效的降低企业的成本,从而搞好建筑工程的建设。
This paper discusses how to use the value principle for construction management,so as to achieve the purpose of improving enterprise economic benefits.Guiding by value principle can increase the profit margins of funds,in the premise of ensuring the quality of projects effectively reduce the costs and do well the construction of construction engineering.
